• Your studies are relevant to the position: Economics, Psychology, Law, Business, and Administration.
• You have at least one year of experience in HR Management.
• You are proficient in both Romanian and Russian, with English at a B1-B2 level.
• You know how to attract the best candidates for various positions.
• You know how to maintain and develop corporate culture.
• You are proactive and bring various ideas to improve HR processes.
