The Challenge
Parle & Hickey supplies more than 2,000 Irish pharmacies from its distribution hub in Bray, across ten departments from skincare and dental to medical and baby care. For decades, much of that ordering ran through phone, email and manual entry. The business needed a platform that let pharmacies order themselves, with accounts, customer pricing and their order history, that connected to the systems already running the warehouse, and that made restocking quick enough to fit into a busy pharmacy day.
