About the project
A digital platform bringing Waterford’s museums, attractions and experiences into one destination.
A new website for Ireland’s only national spinal cord injury charity — guiding people, families and professionals to the right support, information and community.
Services delivered

Spinal Injuries Ireland supports 1,200+ members from the first days in hospital through every stage that follows. Its outdated website made that support hard to find: people living with an injury, families and health professionals all landed on the same pages, the resource library was difficult to browse, and few visitors turned into enquiries. The charity needed a clear, accessible site that guides each visitor to the right help — and that its small team can run without developer support.
One site built around three questions: where do I get support, what do I need to know, and how can I help?
Clear paths for people living with an injury, their families, professionals and supporters — from the very first screen.
A responsive WordPress build with reusable blocks for services, resources, programmes, events and campaign pages.
One content model for services, the resource library, events and fundraising — all managed by the SII team.
Readable type, strong contrast and simple navigation for visitors with limited mobility and those using assistive technology.
What changed for members, families and the charity team.
Clear service pages, trust signals and a streamlined enquiry flow turned more visits into enquiries within 90 days.
Peer support, counselling and community services are one click away from the home page.
Flexible blocks let the team publish resources, events and appeals themselves.
New programmes like SpinalActive and SpinalArt launch as their own pages on the same foundation.
