About the project
A digital platform connecting people with support, information and community.
The home of Europe’s premier Microsoft technology conferences and community — ESPC, EPPC and FabCon Europe — with programmes, speakers, tickets and a free Learning Hub of webinars, eBooks and expert blogs, all on one platform.
Services delivered

ESPC, part of QualTech Ltd, runs three leading Microsoft conferences — ESPC Microsoft 365 & AI, the European Power Platform Conference and the European Microsoft Fabric + SQL Community Conference — plus a Learning Hub of free content for a community of 25,000+ attendees. Every event has its own programme, speakers, tickets, sponsors, venue and FAQs that change each year, and the site also had to serve webinars, eBooks and blogs behind free member accounts. ESPC needed one platform that keeps all of this organised, easy to update and fast on mobile.
A single conference-and-community platform — one site for three events and a growing Learning Hub.
A clear structure for three conferences and a Learning Hub, with one consistent visual language across all events.
A WordPress platform with reusable templates for conference pages, programmes, speakers, sponsors and tickets.
Filterable schedules, keynote profiles, tutorials and featured sessions, refreshed for every conference year.
Webinars, eBooks, how-to videos and blogs behind free member accounts, with newsletter sign-up built in.
What changed for attendees and for the ESPC team.
ESPC, EPPC and FabCon Europe share one platform, each with its own programme, tickets and venue pages.
Book Tickets and Sponsor calls to action sit in the header and on every conference page.
Conference pages, programmes and the Learning Hub work on a phone, where attendees check them on site.
A content library with 40,000+ blog views a month and templates ready for each new conference year.
