About the project
A digital platform connecting people with support, information and community.
A cashless payment platform for self-service car washes. Drivers scan a QR code, pay from their banking app, and the bay starts.
Services delivered

Self-service car washes in Moldova ran on coins and tokens. Drivers had to carry cash, operators had to collect and count it, and nobody had a clear view of what each bay earned. With MIA instant payments now in every Moldovan banking app, drivers could pay from their phone instead. That needed one platform that serves many operators, dozens of locations and over a hundred bays, and that turns a confirmed payment into running water within seconds.
Scan, pay, wash, with every payment traced back to the bay that earned it.
A short flow for drivers: scan the QR on the bay, pick 10, 20, 50 or 100 lei, and confirm in the banking app. Behind it, a clean back office in Romanian, Russian and English.
A Next.js and Symfony back office on PostgreSQL, shared by many operators: organisations, locations, bays, products and an audit log.
Integration with MIA instant payments. Every order is tracked from initiated to paid or expired, so an abandoned payment never starts a bay.
When a payment is confirmed, the platform signals the wash bay controller to start and records whether the command was processed.
What changed for drivers and for the wash operators.
Drivers pay from the banking app they already use. No coins, tokens or card terminal needed on the bay.
More than 130 wash bays across Chișinău, Bălți, Orhei, Ungheni, Strășeni and surrounding villages run on one platform.
Each payment is tied to an operator, location, bay and product, and commission is calculated automatically.
A new operator, location or bay is set up from the admin panel, with its QR code ready to download and print.
