The Challenge

VEFA SISTEM builds roller shutters, insect screens and garage doors from Aluprof components. Every quote meant choosing the right box, guides, slats, axle, motor and accessories for each opening from a catalogue of thousands of parts, then applying coefficients, discounts and VAT in EUR or MDL. Done by hand, it was slow and easy to get wrong, and the material list, cutting sheets and production order all had to be written up again for the workshop. The company needed one system that turns a set of dimensions into an accurate price and a production-ready order.

The Solution

From width and height to a priced offer and a cutting sheet, in one flow.

  • UX/UI

    A clean, role-based back office: a dashboard with offer value, estimated margin and work in progress, and an offer screen that shows every composition next to the running totals.

  • Web Development

    A Next.js and React back office, with Excel and PDF exports and cutting optimisation the workshop runs from the offer.

  • Configurator

    Each composition starts from its system and its dimensions. Material rules decide the codes, quantities and lengths, within each system’s limits.

  • Catalogue

    The Aluprof register, with over 3,000 articles across boxes, guides, slats, motors and accessories, priced in EUR, with weight and colour variants.
